Helen is a long-time resident of Montgomery County attending Wheaton High School and University of Maryland. She is married to the President/Broker of Sunshine Properties, Inc., Michael Ray. They have two beautiful and accomplished daughters, Katie and Jennie, both of whom are also licensed Realtors.

Helen is no stranger to the service industry. She has been both a top new home sales person for building/developer, Michael T. Rose and Executive Director in the Senior Living industry. Both fields require strong communication and relationship skills. Helen has a keen eye for detail and is an excellent problem solver. She represents buying and selling clients both with honesty and enthusiasm.
